PropNom (propnom.com) is owned and operated by Numan Zulfiqar (Founder & CEO) in Lahore, Pakistan, in partnership with flagship agency Hotline Associates (CEO: Muhammad Ehsan ul Haq). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard personal and property information across our Real Estate Marketplace, Construction Cost BOQ Calculator, Architectural Blueprint Gallery, and Partner Workspaces.

We collect only the minimum information required to provide verified real estate discovery, construction cost estimation, and advisory services:
- Contact & Inquiry Data: Name, phone number / WhatsApp number, and email address voluntarily submitted when posting a property, submitting feedback, requesting a site visit, or signing in to a registered partner or agency workspace.
- Property Listing Data: Society name, phase, block, plot/house dimensions, asking price, and verification status. Exact residential house numbers and private owner phone numbers are strictly masked on public marketplace cards to prevent third-party scraping.
- Technical & Usage Preferences: Local browser preferences such as selected currency (PKR, USD, AED) and theme mode (dark/light) stored locally in your browser.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect verified property buyers, sellers, and overseas investors with our official advisory desk (Numan Zulfiqar — Hotline Associates / PropNom).
- To provide society-accurate verification status, plot dimensions, and construction BOQ estimates tailored to your selected plot size and finish grade.
- To maintain isolated portfolio workspaces for registered partner agencies, builders, and PCATP architects without cross-tenant data leakage.
3. Client Privacy Shield & Anti-Scraping Controls
PropNom enforces a strict Public vs. Private Data Wall. Direct seller contact numbers, exact residential house street addresses, and confidential deal records are never exposed on public routes or search engine indexes. We do not sell or rent user phone numbers or email addresses to third-party telemarketers.
4. Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cookie-Free Telemetry)
PropNom uses privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, Core Web Vitals, page load speeds, and country-level referral trends so we can keep the platform fast and reliable across mobile and desktop networks.
- Zero Tracking Cookies: Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set any client-side cookies or store persistent identifiers in your browser.
- No Cross-Site Profiling or Fingerprinting: Visitor IP addresses are not logged for behavioral advertising, and we never track users across third-party websites or build personal ad profiles.
